The Medicare Modernization Act of 2003 introduced Medicare Part D, which is a program that provides prescription drug
coverage to Medicare eligible individuals effective January 1, 2006. The implementation of the Medicare Part D prescription
drug benefit requires employer groups to send Creditable/Non-Creditable Coverage Disclosures to all Medicare eligible
employees, retirees and their Medicare eligible dependents. See the links below for additional information on the
