In comparing data across medical groups, please consider that variations in
patient conditions and severity may be a factor in reported performance.
Each medical group’s performance is compared to MVP HMO averages and
MVP goals. If there is more than one physician in the same medical group,
their scores were combined and reported under the medical group name.
If your physician is missing from this report it only means that there are not
enough MVP members in that practice to complete this report.
