Mail Order Rx

If you have prescriptions you fill on a regular basis, and if those prescriptions are available through our Mail Order Pharmacy, you are going to love this service!

 

The Mail Order Pharmacy lets you buy qualified prescriptions in larger quantities, which saves you money. In addition, the Mail Order Pharmacy saves you trips to the pharmacy, because prescriptions are delivered right to your door. Ordering a refill?
To order a refill, view the status or your Medco order or fill a new subscription, click here.

Filling a new Mail Order prescription? Follow these five simple steps.

 

1) Click RX Search to determine if a medication has been approved for mail order. If your medication is included in our database and listed as "Available Through Mail Order," you may order a 90-day supply with a doctor's prescription subject to plan design. Questions regarding availability can be directed to the MVP Member Services Department.

 

2) Get the prescription from your doctor. For your first order, ask your doctor to write two prescriptions-one for up to 30 days to be filled at your local pharmacy, and one to last up to 90 days which you will send to Medco, the Mail Order Pharmacy agent.

 

3) Get the Mail Order Pharmacy order form. You may download it now or call 1-888-993-0125 and MVP will mail one to you promptly. You can also set up your account on-line and have your doctor fax your prescriptions directly to Medco. Click here to connect and follow the instructions.

 

4) Determine your copayment. Your savings will depend on your plan design. To find out how much your prescriptions will cost, call 1-800-716-3752 for prescription pricing information.

 

5) Mail in your order. Complete and sign the order form and attach the 90-day prescription with your copayment or billing information. Then, mail everything to:

Mail Order Refills


When you need to refill a prescription that is already on file with Medco, simply choose one of the following...

 

Refill By Phone:
Call toll-free 1-800-716-3752. Have your prescription number, name and credit card information available.

 

Refill Online:
Connect directly to Medco and order your refills over the Internet. Simply enter your prescription numbers, method of payment and contact information and your refill medications will be filled and delivered to your doorstep.

 

Refill By Mail:
Complete the order form enclosed with your most recent delivery from Medco and, if your health has changed, update your health profile. Complete the refill section, enclose payment and mail to:
